Oldenburger Energiecluster (OLEC) is a technology-agnostic innovation cluster for energy system transformation in northwest Germany. Founded in 2005, it networks actors from industry, research institutions, universities, municipalities, and public entities to drive the energy transition through dialogue, knowledge transfer, and collaborative innovation. OLEC operates innovation spaces addressing key energy transition challenges, organizes the annual INNOvember event, and hosts an energy info newsletter reaching over 600 subscribers. The organization positions itself as a central impulse provider for renewable energy development and climate neutrality in the region, with focus on intelligent integration of renewable technologies into sustainable energy systems.
