The Energy Enterprise Coach is a flagship initiative backed by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency that provides tailored business development services to renewable energy small and medium-sized enterprises in Africa and Asia. The program supports SMEs working in clean cooking, biogas, and broader renewable energy sectors through three primary support trajectories: e-learning, cohort training, and individual mentoring. Services address critical barriers to growth including business fundamentals, financial management, digital marketing, investment readiness, and access to finance. The initiative operates across 18 countries with a focus on supporting women and women-owned businesses.
