The initiative focuses on rapidly deploying emerging climate technologies in power, industry, and buildings sectors—the largest consumers of natural gas in Europe. ERLG facilitates high-level dialogue and action, working to remove regulatory barriers, attract investment, and scale commercially viable clean technology solutions within 24 months. The group has launched over a dozen projects attracting tens of millions of euros in investment, addressing thermal energy storage, industrial electrification, synthetic fuels, and building energy efficiency.
