EnergyVille is a research, testing and innovation collaboration between KU Leuven, VITO, imec and UHasselt, based at Thor Park in Genk, Belgium. 2DemonstraThor
A 4,400 m² test environment within the Open Thor Living Lab in Genk, where companies and knowledge institutions can test energy transition technologies such as high-power truck charging, energy-efficient data centers and flexible low-temperature heat networks. Funded with EUR 3.2 million by the Flemish Government, with completion expected in December 2027.
