Founded in 2016, ETIPWind is a ngo headquartered in Belgium specializing in Wind.

ETIPWind is a strategic platform established in 2016 to support the implementation of the SET Plan (Strategic Energy & Technology Plan) across EU Member States, industry, and researchers in wind energy. The platform brings together wind industry experts, academics, and policymakers to identify common research and innovation priorities and foster breakthrough innovations. It publishes Strategic R&I Agendas, competitiveness reports, and policy recommendations to position wind energy as a strategic industrial sector for Europe. ETIPWind's Steering Committee comprises representatives from all segments of the wind energy supply chain and meets regularly to guide platform activities. The platform is funded by the European Commission through the SETIPWind project (September 2022 – August 2025, Grant No. 101075499) and secretariat services are provided by WindEurope.
