The company develops and deploys battery parks to support the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources while maintaining grid stability. Key projects include the Green Turtle battery park (600-700 MW) in Dilsen-Stokkem and the Blue Marlin battery park (300 MW) in Kinrooi. GIGA Storage Belgium is a subsidiary of GIGA Storage Netherlands and shares knowledge and experience in large-scale energy storage across the group. The company has committed 100 MW of Green Turtle capacity to Belgium's grid operator Elia and supports sustainable cobalt mining through participation in the Fair Cobalt Alliance.
