Hysgrid is a ngo headquartered in Spain specializing in Solar, Wind, Energy Storage.

Hysgrid is a Cervera Excellence Network comprising five leading Spanish technology centers: AICIA, CARTIF, IKERLAN, ITG, and ITE. The network focuses on strengthening technological capacity and fostering cooperation to develop innovative technological solutions for deploying local energy communities that operate with guaranteed positive net energy balance. Research areas include regulatory frameworks, hybrid thermal and electrical systems, management strategies, systematic design methodologies, advanced data treatment algorithms, and community energy management. The initiative promotes energy transition through positive-balance local energy communities that reduce CO2 emissions from electricity generation.
