IG PtX is a cooperative of Eastern Swiss energy supply companies, Liechtenstein Wärme, and research institutions focused on developing and promoting Power-to-X (PtX) technology. PtX converts electrical energy into chemical energy carriers such as hydrogen, methane, methanol, and ammonia, which are more cost-effective and storable long-term than electricity.
