Jatro Solutions Cameroun

Jatro Solutions Cameroun is a renewable energy company headquartered in Cameroon specializing in Biomass.

Cameroonian successor to the Jatro Solutions jatropha business, which was founded in 2005 as a spin-off from the University of Hohenheim. Since 2023 it operates as a local limited liability company. It focuses on breeding and producing high-yielding non-edible jatropha hybrids and seeds, related cultivation and post-harvest techniques, and consulting and project development for jatropha-based projects. Jatropha oil is positioned as a feedstock for biodiesel, bio-kerosene and chemical applications.
