Founded in 1994, Latvijas Biogāzes asociācija is a non-profit headquartered in Rīga, Latvia specializing in Biogas.
Latvijas Biogāzes asociācija is a non-profit membership association founded in 1994 and described as the oldest non-governmental organisation in Latvia focused on renewable energy. It represents its roughly 44 members, who include biogas producers, educational institutions, companies and individuals, in policy and working groups. The association promotes public understanding of biogas and biomethane and runs EU-funded projects on nutrient management, digestate quality and workforce training.
