2Development of a Prototype of Innovative Wastewater Heat Exchanger
Development and testing of an innovative wastewater heat exchanger (UKT-REC) prototype designed to recover thermal energy from wastewater for heating, hot water production, and indoor cooling. The project included laboratory testing and adaptation studies for infrastructure in Latvia and Norway.
Ogres Central Library
Installation of a patented wastewater heat exchange system and remote control system in a zero-energy passive house building. The system heats the building in winter and cools it in summer using only city wastewater, achieving exceptional energy efficiency.
