About
Founded in 2020, Lesgo is a ngo headquartered in Barcelona, Spain specializing in Hydrogen, Energy Storage.
Lesgo is a research initiative comprising nine partners across five European countries, coordinated by ICFO (Institute of Photonic Sciences) in Barcelona. The project focuses on storing energy in the carbon-hydrogen bond of reduced graphene oxide using a flow cell electrolyzer for efficient hydrogen loading and recovery via thermal, photon-induced, and fuel-cell means. Research includes pulsed laser ablation synthesis of nanoparticles, iron-nickel nanoparticle development, and defect-engineered graphene optimization. The project employs only water and graphite as raw materials with a circular, environmentally sustainable approach. Funded by the European Union's Horizon 2020 programme (grant agreement No 952068).
