5Oneida Energy Storage Project
250 MW/1,000 MWh battery energy storage facility that draws and stores power during off-peak periods and releases it to the Ontario grid at peak demand. Developed as a joint venture with Six Nations of the Grand River Development Corporation, Northland Power and Aecon.
Goderich Compressed Air Energy Storage Facility
1.75 MW/7 MWh fuel-free compressed air energy storage facility built with Hydrostor in a salt cavern, awarded under an IESO energy storage RFP.
Minto Flywheel Facility
Solar plus storage facility built as part of an IESO research program, with a 50 kW rooftop solar array complementing a 2 MW flywheel energy storage system.
Steelport Battery Project
