Offshoreproof is a co-op headquartered in Netherlands specializing in Wave, Tidal, Solar.

Offshoreproof is a collaborative initiative bringing together seven partners from the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany to establish a network of offshore test sites. The project supports the development and certification of innovative offshore renewable energy technologies including wave, tidal, floating solar, and energy storage systems. It provides accredited testing services aligned with IECRE certification frameworks, enabling developers to validate technologies under real-world marine conditions. The initiative includes capacity building through online training courses, Communities of Practice for multi-stakeholder engagement, and harmonized testing protocols to accelerate global market acceptance of offshore renewables.
