Founded in 2007, Planetsolar is a ngo headquartered in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland specializing in Solar.

Fondation PlanetSolar is a Swiss foundation dedicated to combating climate change and environmental degradation through solar energy and clean technology advancement. Founded by Raphaël Domjan and the instigators of the PlanetSolar project—the first solar-powered vessel to circumnavigate the globe—the foundation operates through three main pillars: innovation in solar and decarbonized energy technologies, public awareness and education, and community-oriented energy solutions. Based in Yverdon-les-Bains, the foundation supports solar projects, hosts exhibitions, preserves historical prototypes, and runs training centers. Notable projects include SolarStratos (high-altitude solar aircraft) and solar initiatives on Lake Titicaca.
