REX Solutions (Renewable Energy eXperts) is a consulting firm founded in 2014 by Dalibor Delong, who has worked in the fuel industry since 2001 and alternative energy since 2005. The company operates as a network of specialized experts in fuel, waste management, plastics, banking, and certification sectors. Services include: sustainability certification according to voluntary schemes (ISCC EU, ISCC PLUS, KZR INiG, SURE, REDCert, INS); greenhouse gas emission calculations using RED II, RED III, GHG Protocol, and ISO 14064 methodologies; economic viability studies for renewable energy and circular economy projects; ESG consulting and non-financial reporting support; regulatory compliance and permitting assistance; training and consulting on sustainable business practices; project development support for biogas plants, biomethane upgrading, bio-LNG, hydrogen, and waste utilization. The company has served over 300 clients including heating plants, power plants, fuel companies, biogas operators, and biomass suppliers. Recent expansion includes opening of Polish branch in 2025 with specialist Marcin Sikora.
