Founded in 2023, SOLARIZE is a ngo headquartered in Spain specializing in Solar, Hydrogen.

SOLARIZE is a European research coordination project that enhances the long-term sustainability of EU-SOLARIS ERIC, a research infrastructure consortium established in November 2022. The initiative promotes concentrated solar thermal (CST) technology through multiple strategic objectives: expanding organizational membership, increasing involvement of R&D institutes and national funding bodies, educating researchers on infrastructure use, strengthening international cooperation, improving managerial capabilities, fostering industry-research collaboration, raising awareness of CST applications (including hydrogen production, water desalination, and industrial process heat), developing new standards and testing protocols, creating e-infrastructure for remote/virtual R&D access, exploring CST hybridization with other energy sources, and promoting green technologies and methodologies. SOLARIZE received Horizon Europe funding under Grant Agreement no. 101131982.
