The Southeast Asia Energy Transition Partnership (ETP) is a partnership of government and philanthropic partners that supports the transition to sustainable energy in Southeast Asia, in line with the Paris Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals. It focuses on renewable energy, energy efficiency, coal phase-down and resilient infrastructure, with a focus on Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. ETP provides technical assistance, capacity building, policy support and help de-risking investments to attract finance. It is hosted and managed by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) and has teams based in Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines and Thailand.
