T-Shore is an Erasmus-funded European project creating a network of Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) dedicated to offshore wind vocational education and training. The initiative unites 13 partners across Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Norway to harmonise technician education with evolving industry demands. T-Shore operates regional CoVEs anchored in local energy hubs (such as Egersunds Energy Hub in Norway and Zeeland/Groningen in the Netherlands) to deliver hands-on training, reskilling programmes, and cross-border knowledge exchange. The network provides GWO-certified training, Train the Trainer programmes, and an eLearning portal to prepare technicians for offshore wind roles and support Europe's climate transition and skills agenda.
