ViBE-Beratungsnetzwerk Vision Bürgerenergie is a collaboration between Bündnis Bürgerenergie e.V. and Netzwerk Energiewende Jetzt e.V. that combines expertise in citizen energy consulting. The network operates across Germany to accelerate the energy transition through citizen participation and energy cooperatives. Services include strategic planning for energy cooperatives, support for founding new citizen energy communities, mentoring programs for heat transition initiatives, workshops for municipalities and citizen initiatives, organizational development, and business model consulting. ViBE provides subsidized consulting (up to 40% funded through Grüner Strom Label e.V.'s energy transition fund) for municipalities, citizen energy cooperatives, and initiatives focused on renewable energy expansion with 100% renewable energy goals. The network has supported numerous energy cooperatives and municipalities in implementing local renewable energy projects, particularly in solar, wind, and district heating.
