The project represents one of Bavaria's most significant renewable infrastructure investments, replacing fossil fuel heating with CO2-neutral geothermal energy. In 2024, the system avoided 10,503.47 tonnes of CO2. The company manages customer connections, maintains the distribution network, and provides heating services under regulated pricing with annual adjustments. Expansion continues with systematic network extension across new building sections annually.
