SPHERICAL is a defense component supplier based in Rotterdam, Netherlands working in space.

SPHERICAL is a Dutch aerospace electronics company that designs dedicated semiconductors and uses them to build software-defined, radiation-hardened satellite power subsystems. Its flagship product is a Power Conditioning and Distribution Unit (PCDU) for satellite platforms. The company supplies power units to space companies, including a PCDU for Dark's HADES space defence mission and a subcontract from Dawn Aerospace for the Omega propulsion service. It also works on R&D projects under Horizon Europe, ESA and EFRO programmes, and has been selected for the 2025 cohort of the NATO DIANA accelerator for dual-use technologies. The company has graduated from ESA Business Incubation Centre Noordwijk and is establishing a UK subsidiary. SPHERICAL emphasises a European-controlled semiconductor supply chain and states that none of its key components are subject to ITAR export restrictions.
