Akmenės rajono vietos veiklos grupė (VVG) is a local action group association in the Akmenė district of Lithuania. It brings together rural communities, social and economic partners, local government and business representatives to plan and implement the local development strategy. The group manages LEADER-type funding for local projects under the 2023-2029 and earlier 2015-2023 strategies, running calls for proposals for eligible non-governmental organisations, community organisations and businesses. It also provides training for members and potential applicants and reports on its activities and project implementation. The group covers the whole Akmenė district except Naujoji Akmenė city, as the rural area it represents, and was established by a notarised founding agreement in 2004.
