Asociacija Kraujas is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation based in Vilnius, Lithuania, founded in 2002. It unites people affected by blood cancer and other rare cancers, including patients, their relatives, doctors and supporters, and promotes volunteering and bone marrow and blood donation. It implements the Būk geras (Be Good) initiative, which runs information campaigns on bone marrow donation, works to dispel common myths, and supports registration in the Lithuanian and world unrelated bone marrow donor registries. The association also organises events, publishes stories of donors and recovered patients, prepares educational materials, provides oncopsychological support and cooperates with the media. It is a member of several international patient coalitions.
