Founded in 2019, Baltic Security Foundation is a think tank based in Riga, Latvia working on peace & conflict, democracy & civil society, refugees & migration.

The Baltic Security Foundation is a Riga-based non-profit established in 2019 to promote security and defence in the Baltic Sea region. It works as a cluster of Baltic defence and security experts and think tanks, conducting research, publishing reports and books, running expert exchange and youth programmes, and organising conferences in cooperation with partners in the Baltic states, Europe and North America. It also supports Ukrainian refugees in Latvia through free English classes and aid delivery.
