Bažnyčios kronikos fondas (Church Chronicle Foundation) is a Lithuanian charity and support foundation founded in 1998 by Cardinal Sigitas Tamkevičius SJ, former editor of the underground Lithuanian Catholic Church Chronicle. The foundation is controlled by the Kaunas and Vilnius archdioceses and Cardinal Tamkevičius. It works with Christian media and individual content producers to promote social and spiritual change and critical thinking in society. It runs annual project grant calls to strengthen Catholic media, including new business models, cooperation and communications training. It documents and preserves the history of Lithuania's unarmed underground resistance during the Soviet occupation, and organises the annual Šiluva conference series, which follows the Šiluva Declaration of 2021, on freedom, truth and the foundations of the state. Its work is based in Kaunas, Lithuania.
