Carpe Diem

Carpe Diem is a non-profit association based in Karlovac, Croatia working on democracy & civil society, community development.

Udruga Carpe Diem in Karlovac runs DC Prostorija, a community social centre at Mije Krešića 4 that serves as a meeting place for information sharing, idea exchange, education and development of civil society. The space, owned by the city of Karlovac and partners in the Partnerstvo za prostor project, is managed by the association and open free of charge to civil society organisations, citizens and initiatives. Activities are planned through participatory management and proposals from citizens and civil society organisations.
