Centar za karijere mladih Dubrovnik (CKM Dubrovnik) is a non-profit association founded in 2015 and based in Dubrovnik, Croatia. It works on career guidance for young people, adult education, active ageing, homelessness support, social inclusion and European affairs. Its funding comes from Erasmus, the European Social Fund Plus, CERV, the European Solidarity Corps and national and local sources. The association hosts the Europe Direct centre for Dubrovnik-Neretva County for 2026–2030 and organises Dubrovnik EXPO, a regional education and career fair. It runs projects in Dubrovnik, Ploče and Metković, and works with partners in Croatia and several other European countries. The association employs 28 people full time and reports projects worth more than four million euro.
