CHS Alternativo is a Peruvian non-governmental organisation with about 20 years of work protecting human rights, particularly those of women, children and adolescents exposed to human trafficking, sexual exploitation, child labour and forced labour. It provides legal and psychosocial support to victims, runs projects across Peru, monitors and advocates for state action on human trafficking, and carries out research and awareness work. Its headquarters are in Lima, with regional offices in Cusco, Loreto, Madre de Dios and Puno. It represents ECPAT in Latin America and is a member of several international networks.
