It supports actors of social change and human development through tailored advisory support, external evaluations and audits, capitalisation of experiences, action research, methodological training and facilitation. Its clients include NGOs, development agencies such as Enabel and the AFD, networks and foundations, mainly in Belgium, France and Luxembourg, with work across Africa, Asia and Latin America. Its approach is pragmatic, actor-centred and oriented towards learning and accountability. It also certifies the evaluation systems of Belgian development actors.
