De Belgische Ezel Vrienden vzw (BEV) is a Belgian non-profit association founded in 2001 that manages the stud-books for the Belgian donkey and the Belgian Mediterranean miniature donkey. It is recognised by the Flemish government and is authorised by the authorities to issue European donkey passports. The association serves its members, who are donkey owners and breeders, and publishes the member magazine t Ezeltje. It operates mainly in Flanders and Belgium, with an administrative seat in Haacht and a stud-book office in Mol, and is a member of Paardenpunt Vlaanderen and the Forum Fokkerij.
