De Vrienden van het Begijnhof van Turnhout is a non-profit association (vzw) in Turnhout, Belgium, that works to conserve and promote the Begijnhof of Turnhout, part of the UNESCO-listed Flemish Begijnhoven heritage. Its work includes supporting the conservation and restoration of the site's artworks, liturgical objects and buildings, and backing the Begijnhofmuseum, including the 16th-century processional manuscript. The association publishes the quarterly Begijnhofkrant, which covers the history of the beguines and the site, and organises public events such as the annual Heilig Kruisprocessie, concerts and lectures. It was founded on the basis of an informal cultural circle established in 1959, and its current statutes were published in 2001.
