Diasporas māsu un vecmāšu apvienība (DiMVA) is a Latvian association that brings together nurses, midwives, nursing assistants and other health-sector professionals and students living outside Latvia. It supports their professional development in the diaspora and in Latvia, promotes patient-centred, evidence-based healthcare and public health in host countries and Latvia, and organises seminars, webinars, conferences and exchange programmes, many open to the public. Based in Riga, Latvia.
