Društvo Crvenog križa Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije is the county-level Red Cross association in Croatia's Dubrovnik-Neretva County. It is a community of four city Red Cross societies (Dubrovnik, Metković, Ploče and Korčula) and operates under the Croatian Red Cross. Its work covers health promotion and prevention, first aid training, blood donation, humanitarian tracing services, youth programmes, water rescue and emergency preparedness. It supports its city societies and works with the county government on health activities for residents. The organisation is volunteer-based, with an assembly elected from the city societies, and it is part of the international Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
