It works to promote democracy, equality, youth participation, sexual and reproductive health and rights, LGBTIQA inclusion and human rights across Europe. Its work combines advocacy, education and capacity building, including citizen lobbying, youth leadership training, mentorship and campaigns aimed at young people, students and policymakers. Its members co-create campaigns and priorities, and the organisation is funded through membership fees and donations.
