EISGVA (Elektros iš saulės gaminančių vartotojų asociacija) is a Lithuanian association that represents solar electricity prosumers, meaning households and businesses that generate their own electricity. It advocates for their interests and for preserving the national prosumer (GV) scheme, including the right of prosumers to connect and to access grid capacity. The association also informs the public about prosumer rights, energy storage support programmes and the growth of prosumer generation. Membership and sponsorship are open to adult individuals and legal entities who support its aims. It is registered as a non-profit organisation in Vilnius, Lithuania.
