About
Founded in 2000, FENIKS is a non-profit association based in Croatia working on children & youth, human rights.
FENIKS is an association in Croatia that works to protect children, young people and families, with a focus on domestic violence and violence against children. Founded in January 2000, it is the only organisation of its kind in Dubrovnik-Neretva County. The association provides information on people's rights, what violence is, how and where to report it, and the legal protection measures and protocols available to victims. It also carries out research, such as a study on the need for a safe house. Free membership is open to Croatian citizens and legal entities with relevant expertise, and the association accepts donations.
