The Fundación Peruana de Cáncer is a non-profit organisation founded to support cancer patients in Peru. It provides free comprehensive assistance to low-income patients, including lodging, meals, transport, psychological and social support, and medicines. It also runs cancer prevention and early detection campaigns with public and private partners, funds scholarships for health professionals to train abroad, funds cancer research programmes, and donates medical equipment to the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases (INEN) and other public oncology hospitals. Its stated goal is to raise standards of cancer care and access to early diagnosis and quality treatment across Peru.
