Global Emergency Response Action (GERA) is a non-profit network of national NGOs working on humanitarian aid, disaster relief and emergency preparedness. Its members deliver emergency response, health services, water and sanitation, education and school support, gender-based violence prevention, psychosocial support and aid to refugees, repatriated migrants and displaced people. Activities cover many countries in Africa, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas, and include community resilience work and capacity building for national emergency response. GERA is registered in Belgium, France and the United States, and its donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Support is offered through donations and volunteering.
