Innovar y Compartir is a Peruvian non-profit organisation that implements development projects in communities living in poverty in Peru. Its work focuses on rural families in Cusco, including donkey and livestock health, regenerative livestock, climate change adaptation, rural enterprise and income generation, inclusive value chains, community savings funds, women's empowerment and gender equality, and improved cookstoves. Its approach is based on rights, gender equality and environmental protection, and it works through organised rural communities to build local capacities for self-management. The organisation was founded by professionals continuing the 31 years of work carried out in Peru by Heifer Project International. Its head office is in Los Olivos, Lima.
