Inovāciju atbalsta centrs is a Latvian non-profit association based in Riga that works on the integration of third-country nationals, refugees and re-migrants. It runs free Latvian language courses and conversation clubs, culture orientation courses for Ukrainian civilians, and naturalisation courses for Riga residents, often with childcare and support for state language proficiency exams. The association also runs civic education campaigns, offers free consultations on citizenship, strengthens the capacity of other NGOs, and represents NGO interests in working groups and with public authorities. Its activities are funded through the Society Integration Fund, the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund and the Latvian state budget, with courses delivered mainly in Riga and in regions such as Latgale, Jūrmala and Jelgava.
