Kinološka udruga Zaprešić is a dog association based in Zaprešić, Croatia, founded in 1975. It brings together owners and breeders of pedigree dogs from Zaprešić and surrounding municipalities and is affiliated with the Hrvatski kinološki savez. Its stated aims are developing cynology, promoting responsible dog ownership and controlled breeding of pedigree dogs, and reducing the number of abandoned dogs. Alongside breed shows and specialty exhibitions, it runs the Budi pametna njuška education programme in primary schools, teaching children about safe and respectful behaviour around dogs, adapted from materials by the British charity Dogs Trust. The association also promotes local heritage, including the history of dog breeding in the Zaprešić area, and publishes related materials.
