It distributes food, clothing and other donated goods and provides home help, personal assistance for people with disabilities, day-care and transport services for elderly people, and programmes for children and families. Its work covers Osijek and surrounding municipalities, several Slavonian and Dalmatian counties, and Lipik and Pakrac. Much of its service delivery is financed through European Social Fund and Croatian ministry programmes.
