Founded in 1994, Latvijas Bērnu atbalsta fonds is a charity based in Rīga, Latvia working on children & youth, mental health, disability.

Latvijas Bērnu atbalsta fonds (LBAF) is a public-benefit organisation working since 1994 to support children and families in need in Latvia. It provides social rehabilitation and psychosocial services for children with behavioural disorders, communication difficulties and functional disabilities, and for their carers. Services are delivered at family support centres in Riga, including the Domino multifunctional centre, and through play centres and family camps. The foundation also conducts research into the needs of families raising children with behavioural and communication difficulties in Latvian regions, and runs fundraising initiatives such as the Pagalma superskrējiens running event and corporate partnership campaigns to fund sensory sports facilities. Its work is funded by donations, corporate partners and state and municipal grants.
