Les Grands Carmes is a multifunctional community centre in the Saint-Jacques district of Brussels, run by a group of LGBTQIA associations. It hosts a health centre for LGBTQIA people, cultural and visibility spaces, offices and coworking for LGBTQIA organisations, and training and empowerment activities for LGBTQIA people and allies. The site is a temporary occupation of a city-owned building, with a café, courtyard and multipurpose rooms open to the public.
