Liberi is a non-governmental organisation based in Klaipėda, Lithuania working on children & youth, education, arts & culture.

Liberi is a Lithuanian public institution (viešoji įstaiga) based in Klaipėda that runs a children and youth day centre offering social care services for children aged 7 to 18, including those from socially at-risk or low-income families. Its services include homework support, leisure and after-school activities, creative workshops, family and parenting support, psychological consultations, tutoring, and summer camps. The organisation also runs prevention projects for children and young people in social exclusion and delivers workshops and educational trips. It operates from premises at Smiltelės g. 14, S. Šimkaus g. 17A and Kauno g. 47-55 in Klaipėda, and has supported Ukrainian refugee families since 2022.
