Founded in 2006, Liepājas rajona partnerība is a non-profit association based in Latvia working on community development, employment & skills, environment & climate.

Biedrība Liepājas rajona partnerība is a local action group in Dienvidkurzeme municipality, Latvia, founded in 2006 to support community involvement in rural development. It designs and implements a community-led local development strategy for 2023–2027 under the EU rural development (ELFLA) and maritime and fisheries (EJZAF) funds. The association runs open project calls for businesses and public-benefit projects, administers EU funding, organises seminars and study trips for NGOs and local authorities, and implements cooperation projects on coastal tourism, fisheries and village development. It works for the residents of its partnership territory at local, national and international level.
