LSKD Guboja is a non-profit association based in Vilnius, Lithuania working on disability, arts & culture, children & youth.

LSKD Guboja (Lietuvos specialiosios kūrybos draugija Guboja) is a Lithuanian non-profit association based in Vilnius that works to support people with disabilities through art, music and creative self-expression. Its activities aim to foster artistic and vocational development, social integration and mutual understanding between people with and without disabilities. Key activities include the Perliukai inclusive music competition-festival for children and young people with disabilities, the National Colour Music Orchestra, the Guboja art studio, the Kūrybos tiltai drawing competition, exhibitions, educational sessions in schools and kindergartens, and summer camps. The organisation also runs social rehabilitation services for people with disabilities in the community, with support from Vilnius municipality. It engages around 50 volunteers each year, including students from training institutions and local schools, and accepts internship placements in social work. Its work is carried out across Lithuania, with activities in several regions including Vilnius, Kaunas, Šiauliai, Alytus and Klaipėda.
