Fundacja Manufaktura Społeczna is a Polish foundation, originally established in 1998 as Fundacja Sławek, that supports people facing social and professional exclusion. Its work covers social and vocational activation, resocjalizacja (rehabilitation of people after imprisonment), probation-related activities, addiction and mental health support, and shelter for homeless people and people in crisis. Its base is a farm in Mienia near Mińsk Mazowiecki, where residents, including people experiencing homelessness, mental health crises or addiction, work in crafts, horticulture, poultry keeping and ceramics. The foundation runs EU- and other grant-funded projects across Poland, including in the Kozienice district, and operates a social enterprise, Manufaktura Społeczna, which sells handicrafts and healthy snacks and reinvests its profits in the foundation's aid programmes. It also runs a cultural programme, including the Mienia Art festival, ceramics workshops and a volunteer network.
