Otočni sabor is a Croatian association for the development of Croatian islands. It brings together islanders and friends of the sea and islands to speed up island development, equalise living conditions between islands and the mainland, and protect the nature and cultural heritage of the islands. It also raises ecological awareness among islanders and advocates on island issues, including ferry and ferry-line services, spatial planning, and healthcare access in rural areas and on islands. Its work covers island regions across the Adriatic, including Šibenik, Zadar, Kvarner, Istria and Dubrovnik islands. It is based in Zadar.
